My Recommendation
For the best health benefits, always opt for organic seeded grapes. Seeded varieties contain more nutrients and fewer additives. However, if finding seeded grapes is a challenge, organic “seedless” grapes are a great alternative.
A quick tip: while seedless fruits naturally occur, ensure they are USDA-certified organic. Non-organic seedless grapes are often treated with pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides, or even genetically modified. Choosing organic ensures you’re avoiding harmful GMOs and chemicals.
