1. Cancellations

Before the Consultation Starts:
If you cancel before the consultation begins, you will receive a full refund of the original payment.

After the Consultation Has Started:
If you decide to cancel after the consultation has started (once I have sent you the consultation intake form), you will receive a 50% refund of the original payment. The consultation begins once I send you the consultation intake form, which will be delivered via messages or Signal within 36 hours of scheduling the consultation.

For Multiple Sessions Paid Upfront:
If you paid for multiple sessions upfront and decide to cancel in the middle of the sessions, you will receive a full refund for any unused sessions.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

I always aim to provide value and ensure that you’re happy with the consultations and personalized pamphlets.

If you are dissatisfied with:
A consultation: Contact me immediately, and I’ll work to address your concerns.

A personalized pamphlet:
Let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to revise or improve it.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless the card or account has been closed.
If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact me at midni9htmandarin@gmail.com or 917-999-5387, and I’ll arrange a PayPal transaction or another refund method.

4. Disputed Transactions

If you’ve completed a consultation or received a personalized pamphlet and later dispute the transaction through your bank, I’ll have to place you on a “do not trust” list. This policy helps protect my brand and the time I dedicate to each client.

5. Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens, and flexibility is important. Since my consultations are virtual, I promote an “on-the-go” style of care. If you need more time to respond or want to reschedule, please let me know. You do not need to reply immediately during consultations, but I expect a response within 3 days to keep the session on track.

Open communication is key, and I’m happy to work with your availability to ensure you get the most out of your healing journey.

No, we prorate any PayPal fees to ensure the final amount you pay matches the original service cost. For example, if a $50 service incurs a $2 PayPal fee, you’ll only be charged $48.
