Making Tea a Seamless Practice
If preparing a cup of tea every day doesn’t fit into your daily rhythm, consider making a small batch and storing it in the refrigerator. Using an airtight glass jar—like my recommended option or any similar one—can keep your tea fresh for up to three days. When ready to drink, I recommend reheating it in a stainless steel pot for the best experience.
For me, having a cup (or two) of tea is part of my wellness practice. While I don’t always drink tea every single day, I aim to prepare a cup at least every other day. Herbal tea blends offer significant benefits to overall well-being and contain powerful healing properties.
However, for something to truly become a practice, you have to enjoy it. It took me a little time to develop a tea-making routine that feels natural and effortless. Today’s blog is a list of my favorite tea essentials—the items that make the process of brewing tea more enjoyable.
I love the patience that tea-making requires. It slows me down, keeps me grounded, and helps me feel more present.
